Registration and enrollment fee
Registration deadline for the Textile Festival is March 30th, 2018. The exact enrollment fee depends on size and position of the exhibition area you intend to hire. Therefore we will provide you with the applying amount once we get your application form filled out.

Payment deadline is March 30, 2018. Your registration is confirmed when the enrollment fee has been processed. European Textile Academy Members have right to a 15% discount rate.

Tariffs:

Mareccio Castle, inner courtyard
The enclosed Castle plan describes the available exhibition areas. The inner courtyard serves on the whole four booths, each 12mq (4×3). Available areas will be assigned according to needs and requirements, after registration is confirmed. Tariff: € 45/mq.

Outdoor courtyard
Exhibitors, choosing an outdoor space, are invited to bring their own booth or similar structure in order to display their products. In this case, we ask you to provide us with a proper detailed description of your booth, when you send us your application form (including size, material, colour). This way you allow the Festival Organization Team to conceive a proper planning of exhibition spaces. Tariff: € 28/ mq.

Exhibition areas display
Exhibition areas will be assigned according to the Textile Festival planning and in agreement with the European Textile Academy organization team.

Fringe Events
A fringe programme will be soon outlined: check out our site to find out interesting meetings. presentations and conferences at the Textile Festival 2018.

Insurance
The European Textile Academy provides a third party liability insurance. We cannot provide any other coverage or insurance against damages or thefts to the products on display.

Booths setup and tear-down
Booths can be set up starting from 2pm on Thursday 24, May 2018. On Friday 25 it is possible to organize your booth from 7am. The Textile Festival is open daily from 10am to 7pm. If need be, the Organization Team might suggest an extended opening time.

European Textile and Design Award 2019
During the Textile Festival a special committee is in charge to select and submit candidates for the “European Textile and Design Award 2019”
